A west-side city inside San Antonio
Leon Valley is an incorporated city completely surrounded by San Antonio on the west side of Bexar County, along Bandera Road (SH 16). It is a true enclave — its own city hall and building codes, with metro traffic all around it. Cross Huebner or Bandera and the permitting office changes even when the neighborhoods look continuous.

We tear off to the deck, photograph soft wood, install synthetic underlayment with ice-and-water shield in valleys, and haul away the debris.

Leon Valley issues building and trade permits through MyGovernmentOnline. Select City of Leon Valley as the jurisdiction to apply, pay, track, and schedule inspections online. The Planning and Zoning Department also registers licensed trade contractors. We pull required roofing permits and follow the city’s inspection process.
